When you connect, Workeey makes a calendar of its own in your Google account, called Workeey. Every job and appointment you add lands in it within seconds, with its title, its time, your notes and the address. Change a job in Workeey — a new time, a new title, a new place — and the Google copy follows. Cancel it in Workeey and it leaves Google too.
That matters because you don't live inside one app all day. Your spouse shares your Google Calendar, your watch buzzes from it, and your family plans around it. With the Workeey calendar in there, the work shows up where everyone already looks, without you typing a single job twice.
Move a time in Google, and Workeey follows
Push a 9am job to 11 in Google Calendar because the first one ran long, and the new time writes straight back to Workeey — near-instantly, not on an overnight schedule. The job keeps everything else: the client, the notes, the photos, the estimate, the invoice.
The job itself lives in Workeey, so the Workeey calendar stays Workeey's. Rename a job or delete it in Google and Workeey puts it back the way it was — a job disappearing because someone tidied the family calendar is exactly the kind of accident that loses you a customer. Your whole day in one place
Connecting works the other way too: your other Google calendars — personal, family, the kids' games — show inside Workeey's schedule, read-only, next to your jobs. You see the dentist appointment before you book a service call on top of it, and you never have to flip between two apps to plan tomorrow. The AI sees them as well, so "what's on Thursday?" gets the whole answer.
Connecting it
Connect from Workeey's Settings: sign in with your Google account and allow the calendar access, and the Workeey calendar appears in Google straight away. There's nothing to install and no calendar to set up by hand.
