Start on Free. It isn’t a trial — jobs, clients, notes, the schedule and unlimited invoicing are free forever, with an everyday AI that can do almost anything in the app and 1 GB of photo storage. Move to Pro when the connections matter. $5 a month buys the two big syncs — QuickBooks for your books and Google Calendar for your schedule — plus five times the AI and more photo room. It’s for the point where Workeey becomes the hub and everything else orbits it.
Premium is for volume. Unlimited automatic payment reminders (Free and Pro have monthly caps), 50 GB of photo storage for trades that shoot every job, priority support and the most AI. If you’re invoicing every day, it pays for itself the first time a reminder catches an invoice you’d forgotten.
Is there really a free plan?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month and cancel in the app, no phone calls. Your data stays yours on every plan — export it whenever you like.
What does "automatic payment reminders" mean?
When an invoice is unpaid, Workeey texts the client a polite reminder, with the pay link, on a schedule until it’s paid. Free includes 10 reminders a month, Pro 30, Premium unlimited.
Do prices include everything?
Yes — prices are in USD and there are no setup fees and no charges for adding clients, jobs or invoices. Card and bank payments your clients make through a pay link carry a small processing fee, which you choose to cover or add to their total.
