Price the water heater in the driveway

Half the job is the number you say out loud before you start. In Workeey you enter the job — swap a 40-gallon heater, snake a main line, re-pipe under a sink — and get a quick estimate built from your own rates that you can adjust, or ask the AI for one in plain words. The estimate lives inside the job, next to your notes and photos, so the price and the work never drift apart.

Your rates do the pricing: your hourly, your call-out charge, your after-hours uplift, and parts priced from the web with your markup already on top. If the customer wants it in writing, send the estimate as a quote PDF with your deposit on it, straight from your phone. Connect Stripe and every invoice carries a pay link. The customer taps it and pays by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or straight from a US bank account (ACH), which costs less than card on a big water-heater job. A small processing fee applies to online payments, and you choose whether you cover it or add it to the customer's total. The money lands in your account, and Workeey tracks who owes what and each client's full payment history.
