Workeey is built for your phone. Open workeey.com on your phone — the Android app is on its way. A desktop version is coming soon.
The AI button sits on every screen in Workeey, and it doesn't just write for you — it runs the app. Book a job, add a client, make the invoice, build a quote, text a payment reminder, log an expense, change a setting: say it the way you'd say it to a helper in the van, by typing or talking, and it sets it up for you — one tap on Apply and it's done. It can do almost anything in the app.
Most AI in business apps drafts a message and leaves the rest to you. Workeey's AI sets up the task itself. Say "book a water heater swap Thursday at 2 for the new client on Oak Street" and it lays out the new client and the job on a card — tap Apply and the client is saved and the job is on your schedule. Say "invoice yesterday's job and mark it sent" and one tap later the invoice exists, numbered, with the lines from the job.
It works on your real data, the same jobs, clients and invoices you see on every screen, so whatever it does, you can check or change like anything you entered yourself. Nothing changes behind your back: every job, client, invoice or setting it touches waits for your tap on Apply, and a reminder text — the one thing that reaches your customer — shows you the message first and only goes out when you tap Send.
It reaches every part of Workeey. Ask for any of these in plain words:
It can open any screen for you, and it writes documents: a letter to a landlord, a warranty note, a materials list or a scope of work, as a PDF or as plain text you can paste anywhere. It finds photos too — the ones from a job, a client or a date — so the proof is a sentence away.
Ask for a picture — a flyer for your van, a door hanger, a logo idea — and it draws one. Ask something your own records can't answer, like what a code usually requires or what a part tends to cost, and it can take a deeper look on the web before it answers. Tell it to remember something — you never book Sundays, the gate code at a regular's building — and it will, from one chat to the next — and within a chat it can look back at everything said so far, so you don't explain yourself twice.
Type, or tap the mic and talk — the same voice typing that's in every field of the app. You can attach up to two photos to a message, so "what is this fitting and what should I charge to replace it?" works with a picture of the fitting in your hand. It reads plain-text and CSV files too.
It answers in plain words, not in software-speak, and it keeps to your business: your jobs, your clients, your money and your day.
A few things are deliberately yours alone. The AI doesn't connect your accounts — Stripe, your bank, QuickBooks or Google Calendar — because those need your own sign-in. It doesn't take payments or move money, doesn't change your plan, and doesn't delete a client. It won't email an invoice or a quote by itself either: it hands you the PDF right in the chat, and you send it.
Those are lines drawn on purpose, around money, accounts and your customers. Everything else in the app, it can do for you.
The AI comes with every plan, including Free. Deeper answers, where it researches on the web, are 5 a month on Free, 15 on Pro and 50 on Premium. Pictures are 2 a day on Pro and 10 a day on Premium. Quick estimates are 23 a month on Free and unlimited on Pro and Premium. See pricing for everything else each plan adds.
Almost anything in the app: book and move jobs, add clients, create invoices and quotes, text payment reminders, write notes, log expenses, change settings, write documents, draw pictures and research on the web.
No. Every job, client, invoice or change it prepares shows as a card, and nothing happens until you tap Apply. A reminder text shows you the message and goes out only when you tap Send.
It can send a payment reminder text, but only after you've seen the message and tapped Send.
Not by itself. It attaches the invoice, receipt or quote PDF in the chat, and you send it.
Yes. Tap the mic and talk, or type. You can also attach up to two photos to a message.
Yes. Free includes the AI, with 5 deeper web answers a month; Pro and Premium raise that and add pictures. See pricing.
