The morning glance that runs your day

Most days start the same way: what have I got on, who owes me, and is anything about to blow up? The dashboard answers all three before you're out the driveway. Today's jobs sit up top with their time slots. Money owed and overdue invoices are right there in numbers you can't miss. You get the shape of the day in five seconds, standing at the kitchen counter.

It's the login landing on purpose. You don't open Workeey to a blank menu and go looking — you open it and the day's already laid out. Tap a job to see the address and notes, tap an overdue invoice to chase it, tap the owed total to see who's behind. Everything on the screen is a doorway to the thing it's telling you about.

  • Today's jobs with their time slots, up top
  • Money owed and money paid, in plain totals
  • Overdue invoices flagged so nothing slips
  • One tap from any item to the job, client, or bill behind it

Today's jobs, front and center

The top of the dashboard is your day. Each job shows its time window, so you know you've got a boiler at nine and a leak across town at eleven without opening your schedule. It's the same day view that auto-expands to show what's actually booked, pulled onto the landing screen so the first thing you touch each morning is your real, ordered list of stops.

From there you're one tap from everything a stop needs. Open the job for the address and drop into routing to get there. Check the client's history before you knock. Add a note about what you found. The dashboard isn't a report you read and leave — it's the launch pad you work from all day, and it keeps up as jobs get done.

The money you're owed, impossible to ignore

Cash is the part that keeps you up at night, so the dashboard puts it where you can't scroll past it. Total money owed and total money paid sit in plain numbers, and overdue invoices get flagged so a bill that's slipped three weeks isn't quietly costing you. You see the gap between what you've earned and what's actually landed in the bank, every single time you open the app.

Tap an overdue bill and you're straight into chasing it — send it again, turn on a reminder, or check the payment link the client's been ignoring. The number on your dashboard isn't just information; it's the shortest path to getting paid. Watch the owed total shrink as money comes in and you've got a live read on your own cash flow, no spreadsheet required.

Set it up the way you work

No two trades run the same, so the dashboard's widgets are yours to arrange. Care most about the day's schedule? Put it on top. Living and dying by what's owed? Make the money the first thing you see. Rearrange the pieces so the screen matches how your head works in the morning — the numbers you actually check first, in the order you check them.

It pulls from everything else you do in Workeey, so it's always current without you touching it. Book a job, it appears. Send an invoice, the owed total moves. Get paid, the overdue flag clears. You're never updating your dashboard — you're just working, and it reflects the truth of your business back at you every time you land on it.

What do I see first when I open Workeey?

Your dashboard. It's the login landing — today's jobs, the money you're owed, and any overdue invoices, all on one screen, so you know where the day and the cash stand before you do anything else.

Can I change what's on my dashboard?

Yes. The widgets are customizable — put the schedule, money owed, or overdue front and center, in whatever order matches how you work. Arrange it once and it stays that way.

Does the dashboard update on its own?

Yes. It pulls live from your jobs, invoices, and payments. Book a job and it shows up; get paid and the owed total drops. You never have to refresh or update it by hand.
