Your invoices, already in QuickBooks
You finish the job and send the invoice from Workeey. Come tax time your accountant wants all of it in QuickBooks too. Instead of typing everything in twice, connect QuickBooks Online and your clients, invoices, payments and expenses land in your books on their own.
Why sync QuickBooks at all
You send the invoice from Workeey, you get paid, you move to the next job. Then April comes and your accountant wants every one of those invoices sitting in QuickBooks — plus the payments against them and the receipts for what you spent. Typing all of that in twice, at night, is how books end up wrong.
Connecting QuickBooks leaves you with one set of numbers instead of two that quietly drift apart. What you invoiced, what got paid, what you spent — it lands in the books as it happens, so your accountant gets a login instead of a shoebox.
What comes across
Your clients go across as QuickBooks customers. Every invoice goes across with its number, date, line items and amounts, tied to that customer. When an invoice is paid, the payment is recorded against it in QuickBooks, so paid means paid in both places. And the expenses you log in Workeey — the parts run, the supply-house receipt — go across as purchases.
Want it the other way too? Switch on two-way, and customers, invoices and purchases entered in QuickBooks come back into Workeey. New connections start one-way, from Workeey to QuickBooks, so nothing surprises you. And when you first connect, you can bring in your history — all of it, the last year, the last month, or none.

QuickBooks sync sits on the Pro and Premium plans. The Free plan already covers the day-to-day — invoicing, scheduling, text reminders and card payments — so you can run the business on Workeey first and switch the sync on when the books get busy enough to be worth it. See pricing.
You connect it once from Settings by signing into your QuickBooks account. After that it runs quietly in the background. Switch plans or disconnect whenever you like; your invoices stay in Workeey either way.
For you and your accountant
Most tradespeople hand a bookkeeper the messy part at year-end. When your invoices, payments and expenses already sit in QuickBooks, that handoff is a login instead of a pile of receipts, and the bookkeeper's hours go down with it.
It also means you can see the shape of your year without leaving whichever tool you trust. Run the business from Workeey out on the truck and let the numbers land in QuickBooks, where the accountant expects them.
Does it sync automatically?
Yes. Once connected, clients, invoices, payments and expenses flow to QuickBooks as you create and update them. You never export anything by hand.
Is it two-way?
It can be. New connections push from Workeey to QuickBooks; switch on two-way and customers, invoices and purchases entered in QuickBooks come back into Workeey.
Which QuickBooks does it work with?
QuickBooks Online. You connect by signing into your QuickBooks account from Workeey's Settings.

Do job photos go into QuickBooks?
No. Job photos and proof-of-work stay in Workeey. QuickBooks gets the customers, the invoice figures, the payments and the expenses.
Can I turn it off later?
Yes. Disconnect any time from Settings and your invoices remain in Workeey.
