Connect your own Stripe account and every invoice you send from Workeey carries a pay link. Your client taps it and pays by card or straight from their US bank — no app for them to download, no chasing a check across town. The money goes to your Stripe, on your terms. Pairs with invoicing.
Workeey doesn't sit between you and your cash. You connect your own Stripe account, so payouts land in your bank on Stripe's normal schedule and the customer relationship stays yours. If you already take cards through Stripe, it's the same account you're using now — nothing new to set up or reconcile.
Every invoice you build gets a pay link automatically. Send it by email from the app, your client opens it on their phone, and they're paying in a couple of taps. No portal login, no account for them to create just to hand you money they already owe.
The pay link takes a card, or a US bank transfer (ACH) if they'd rather not run it through plastic. On a big HVAC job or a full re-pipe, ACH saves everyone real money on fees. On a quick service call, a card is faster and nobody thinks twice. You don't have to pick for them — the client chooses at pay time.
Fees come out through Stripe the usual way, so what you see land in Stripe is what you keep. There's nothing hidden layered on top by Workeey — the app doesn't take a cut of the payment.
A pay link plus automatic payment reminders is how you stop being your own collections department. The invoice goes out, the reminder emails keep nudging until it's paid, and the client can settle the second they open one — often before you've even packed up the van.
When they pay, Workeey marks it. Your money-owed and money-paid totals update, the client's payment history logs it, and if you're on the Pro plan that figure can flow through to QuickBooks too. You're not tracking who paid in your head or a notebook on the dash anymore.
Connect Stripe once from settings — sign in, or create a Stripe account if you don't have one, and Workeey links to it. From then on, pay links ride along on every invoice unless you switch one off. If you're not ready to take payments online yet, just skip it; invoicing still works, and you can add Stripe the day you decide you want card and ACH.
There's no Workeey markup on the payment itself. You pay Stripe's standard processing rates, and Workeey's own plan is a separate thing — see pricing for what each tier includes.
Yours. You connect your own Stripe, so payouts go to your bank and the account stays in your name.
Stripe's standard fees — roughly 3% + 30¢ for cards and about 1% for ACH bank transfers. Workeey doesn't add a cut on top.
